Returns.

We accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged 3D printed items within 30 days of delivery.

If a joint snaps, a layer separates, or it is simply not moving the way it should — email us. We will reprint and send a replacement at no cost.

Items returned due to buyer preference (change of mind, color not quite right) are eligible for store credit within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Because UV printed items are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless there is a print defect or error on our end.

If your tumbler, coaster, or sign arrived with a visible print error, color mismatch from what was submitted, or physical damage — contact us within 14 days and we will redo it.

Resale items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• A photo of the item and any damage or defect
• Whether you would prefer a replacement, store credit, or refund

We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items purchased in person at a convention follow the same policy. Keep your receipt. Email is the fastest way to reach us between shows.
