Shipping.

3D Printed items — 3 to 5 business days. Every piece is printed to order. Articulated joints are tested before packing.

UV Printed items — 3 to 5 business days. Custom tumblers, coasters, and signs are cured on our EufyMake E1 after ordering.

Flags, pins, and resale items — 1 to 2 business days. These ship from existing stock.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery after processing:

• USPS First Class: 3 to 7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days
• UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days depending on location

Carrier selection depends on package weight and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do not mark up shipping.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout.

If you placed an order and we are at a convention near you, contact us before the show — we may be able to hold your order for in-person pickup and refund your shipping cost.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at 2trollsgaming@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will make it right.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
